Finance Transformation Manager (2-year contract)

  • Review and analyse existing Order to Cash processes, including but not limited to revenue, inventory and cash-related accounting flows identify gaps and support the design of improved end-to-end workflows.
  • Work closely with consultants, IT and business stakeholders to translate accounting and process requirements into system design and configuration.
  • Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping and validation, to ensure accounting accuracy.
  • Design and execute UAT test cases, document results, and help prepare process documentation and SOPs.
  • Support user training and change management activities for finance and outsourcing teams.
  • Assist in stabilising processes after system go-live and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Provide accounting and process support to business units on day-to-day operational issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.


Do you have experience in financial project?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit or finance operations; experience in retail/FMCG or system implementation projects is an advantage
  • Professional qualification (HKICPA or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Proactive, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle experience preferred)
  • Good command of both English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Finance Manager level.
