About the Role

KKON Technologies is seeking a Financial Accountant to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance and internal controls while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, treasury activities and bank reconciliations.
• Handle month-end and year-end financial closing and management accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Manage fixed assets, inventory records and reconciliations.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX against approved budgets.
• Analyse financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance, including VAT, WHT, CIT, PAYE and pension.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Supervise and support junior finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP and advanced Excel.
• Experience in budgeting, financial modelling and financial reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
• Professional accounting certification and audit experience are added advantages.
• Telecommunications, ISP, FTTH or infrastructure industry experience is beneficial.
