You’ll contribute to month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and fund and legal entity accounting, while working with both onshore and offshore teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth-end and reporting period close, journal entries, and reconciliationsFund and investor-level cash, revenue, and receivables processesPreparation of divisional P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and schedulesLegal entity accounting and support for half-year and year-end reportingAd-hoc analysis and support for business and finance stakeholdersMaintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiativesAbout You2+ years’ finance or accounting experience, preferably in fund or asset managementExperience working with international finance teams or in a BPO servicing global clientsStrong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)CPA, CA, or equivalent preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesSkills & QualitiesCollaborative mindset with ownership of workAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAnalytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skillsAdaptable and committed to continuous improvement
