Financial Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounts management. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while adhering to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting standards. - Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. - Oversee GST and TDS calculations and filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making and strategic planning. - Conduct regular audits of financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - CA qualification is preferred.
