- Proactively serve the needs of existing Lake Ridge Financial clients by nurturing and strengthening relationships.
- Deepen Financial Advisory relationships in assigned markets.
- Actively seek and respond to referrals from other bank employees.
- Regularly attend internal and external meetings to promote business development.
- Pursue ongoing education to maintain licenses and professional designations.
- Participate in peer group meetings with LPL-Institutional Services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
