Educational Requirement:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant US/UK banking account experience in a contact center/shared services environment.
- Experience in customer service, credit control, arrears calling, or default management in the finance industry, specifically UK accounts.
- Able to demonstrate sound numerical skills and literacy
- Negotiation skills, empathy, regulatory awareness
- Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
