Educational Requirement:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
- Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
- Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears
- Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation, and receivership activities.
- Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
