What you'll do

-Management of daily operations: cash deposits and withdrawals, transfers, check deposits, cashier management, bank reconciliation, issuance of bank checks...

-Provide in-person and telephone attention to partners to handle inquiries regarding contracted financial products, commercial advice on Asset and Liability products, and resolution of any resulting incidents, as well as document management to comply with the internal controls of the collaborating Financial Entity.

-Support the marketing and contracting of financial products for the Credit Section and the Financial Agency with the objective of increasing margins and client engagement.

-Manage unpaid debts in coordination with the Cofares Risk department and the Risk department of the collaborating Financial Entity.

-Support the Credit Section Call Center in handling calls and resolving incidents reported by clients.

-Process and resolve payment method incidents (cards and POS terminals)

What you'll get

-Schedule from 8:00 to 15:00 (M-F) and one afternoon per week.

Requirements

-Training: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or Finance.

-Mifid II Certificate is highly valued.

-Knowledge of financial and investment products.
