We are hiring for our partner — an international business group operating across Crypto, Web3, FinTech, Mobile Products, iGaming, and SaaS. The team of 250+ professionals across 10+ countries builds secure and scalable digital products used by millions of people worldwide.

About the Project

Our partner’s flagship FinTech/Crypto product has been successfully operating since 2017, providing secure digital financial solutions through web and mobile applications.

The company is now developing the next-generation open-source version of the platform and is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team and help turn financial data into actionable insights and support business decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and key business metrics.
• Monitor actual results vs. budget/forecast and investigate variances.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Improve financial reporting and analytical processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and other teams.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improving financial efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc financial and business projects.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience working with financial data and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Experience with BI tools and SQL will be a plus.
• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, SaaS, or iGaming is an advantage.
