Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports and statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models using Excel.
• Monitor business performance and key financial metrics.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support compliance and improve financial processes.
• Record and manage commercial entries in Tally ERP.
• Work closely with finance and other departments to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role (preferred).
• Good knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage.
