Financial Analyst

Scope

• Analyse financial markets — TradFi and DeFi opportunities, equities, derivatives, options, digital assets and macro trends.
• Support the design, testing, monitoring, and improvement of AI agents.
• Use Python, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and AI tools to automate research, reporting, and execution workflows.
• Review AI agents' performance, AI decisions, and risk controls to find weaknesses and sharpen strategy discipline.

Requirements

• Degree in IT/Business/Finance/Accounting/Data analytics/Mathematics or related fields.
• Comfortable with technology — preferably Python — and familiar with APIs, automation tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
• Strong interest in both TradFi and DeFi, AI agents, trading bots and systematic investing.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs. Comfortable working with numbers; an interest in quantitative analysis and mathematics is preferred but not necessary.
• Comfortable with hybrid/remote work arrangements.
