As the Financial Analyst, Credit & Collections, you will serve as the strategic subject matter expert for Hill’s Credit-to-Cash (C2C) operations. In this role, you will bridge local financial management with our Colgate Business Services (CBS) shared services team—driving Accounts Receivable performance, deduction analytics, compliance, and digital payment transformations across the organization.

What you'll do
- Strategic Credit-to-Cash (C2C) Ownership: Act as the primary C2C subject matter expert, collaborating with shared services (CBS) and local finance to resolve collection delays, validate deductions, and manage high-level customer escalations.
- AR Analytics & Process Optimization: Analyze Accounts Receivable data to deliver actionable insights on customer payment behaviors, deduction trends, and process bottlenecks to streamline regional credit operations.
- Credit Governance & Documentation: Direct credit-related approval workflows, manage secure document processing, and serve as the main operational liaison for credit correspondence across all levels of management.
- Digital Transformation & Project Leadership: Partner on key financial modernization initiatives, including the rollout of digital payment portals, customer statement automation, and continuous workflow enhancements.
- Compliance & System Controls: Lead internal SOX compliance oversight, execute routine SAP user access reviews, and maintain rigid operational controls across financial systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a finance environment
- Ability to use common business software (i.e., Google Office Suite and SAP)

- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel with strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and evaluate financial performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of simplifying complex financial concepts, driving cross-functional alignment, and building strong team partnerships.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently while guiding and directing tasks for cross-functional partners, virtual teams, and external resources.
