As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Formulates, defends, and executes assigned Working Capital Fund (WCF) Program's annual budget. Closely monitors commitments, obligations, and expenditures to ensure optimal use of funds and full compliance.

Ensuring receipt of program and budget guidance from external authorities, assessing impact to assigned accounts, and coordinating budget requirements across the enterprise.

Monitoring, analyzing, and articulating the financial performance relative to the available funding authority.

Summarizing and analyzing the financial data from the proprietary and budgetary accounts to satisfy internal management needs and external mandatory and legislative requirements.

Analyzing the top-down budget guidance presented to subordinate organizations.

Coordinating the development and execution of budgets for the appropriate Headquarters organizations.

Ensuring the consolidated budget supports DLA’s strategic plan and overall vision.
