Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze financial data and evaluate business performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning activities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct trend analysis and provide insights on financial and market performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Assess financial risks and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Assist in financial audits, regulatory reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to deliver actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

• UAE National with a passion for Finance, Analytics, and Business Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis tools, and data management applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
