Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial data and key performance metric reports with detailed analysis across production line, products class and project.
Work closely with operations to monitor cost drivers and business performance, helping to identify trends and opportunities.
Support accurate month-end closing process through reconciliation of inventory, revenue and production cost.
Maintain high standards of data integrity, by ensuring consistency and accuracy of finance and production data across multiple systems.
Perform data validation check and ensure accurate data reliable reporting and analysis.
Troubleshoot data-related issues through close communication, walkthrough and testing with operation team.
Support in continuous improvement by enhancing reporting workflows, frameworks, and templates.

Requirement

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields
2-3 years working experience in FP&A or financial reporting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in Power BI is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
