Financial Analyst I or II

Join the BMCP team in a financial analyst role where clear communication, careful work, and independent follow-through matter. This opportunity may be filled at the Financial Analyst I or Financial Analyst II level based on the approved job profiles and the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.

What You Will Do

  • Provide general financial analyst support for the BMCP team.

  • Manage assigned work with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

  • Communicate financial information and work status clearly with team partners.

  • Work independently as the team’s sole financial analyst while engaging stakeholders when alignment is needed.

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Clear, timely, and audience-aware communication.

  • Comfort managing work independently and taking ownership of follow-up.

  • Sound judgment about when to proceed independently and when to ask questions or escalate.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • 1+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

For Financial Analyst II, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Attention to detail, communication, and independent work are role-specific competencies.
