Join a dynamic organization in Carlisle, PA, as a Senior Financial Analyst (Analyst III) supporting strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement. In this hybrid role, you will analyze, reconcile, and audit complex financial data, partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues, and ensure strict compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, variances, and billing discrepancies.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc account reconciliations and detailed internal financial audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and negotiate with external partners to resolve billing disputes.
• Develop, maintain, and present financial reports and dashboards to management to guide strategic planning.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all reporting systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 6-8 years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or auditing experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with financial reporting/query systems such as MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS, or similar ERP/BI platforms.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with rigorous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills across executive management and external vendors.
