Financial Analyst

You will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses, including calculating Debt Service Coverage Ratios (DSCR), Loan Life Coverage Ratios (LLCR), and Project Life Coverage Ratios (PLCR). Additionally, you will manage Debt Service Reserve Accounts (DSRA) and perform analyses on Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV) to assess project viability and returns. Key responsibilities include validating financial models, ensuring accuracy in calculations, and handling any errors that may arise during the modeling process.
