About The Role
We are seeking individuals to join as Financial Analyst to support the evaluation of energy storage development, investment, and financing opportunities. As part of the Investment & Analytics team, this role will assist with financial modeling, project analysis, and business decision support while working closely with cross-functional teams.



Core Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models for energy storage projects.
  • Prepare financial forecasts including capital costs, revenues, operating expenses, and financing assumptions.
  • Gather, organize, and validate data used in financial models and analyses.
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate project risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • Research energy market trends and assist with evaluating new project opportunities.
  • Monitor project performance against forecasts and support continuous model improvements.
  • Assist with capital raising initiatives, including tax equity and debt financing transactions.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or a related role is required. Renewable energy experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline financial analysis, synthesize information, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Harvey) to improve efficiency, quality, and responsiveness of work, while applying sound judgment and appropriate oversight.

Compensation, Location & Benefits
The actual salary and bonus offered will depend on the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate.

This position is classified as remote within the continental United States (international work is not permitted); however, periodic travel to company offices, project sites or other meeting locations may be required on an as-needed basis.
