Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing firms in the Ironwood area that seek skilled Financial Analysts. Usual Responsibilities
- Reconcile inventory balances and review cycle count results.
- Prepare journal entries and support month end close activities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key manufacturing metrics.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for plant leadership.
- Build and maintain cost models for products and production lines.
- Track standard costs and investigate cost variances.
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
- Analyze capital project requests and track spending against approved budgets.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to communicate financial results to non financial plant staff.
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Two or more years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple plant sites.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.
- Advanced skills in SQL or data modeling.
