Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our¿Finance Department and driving it to new heights. What will you do? Accounting: Processing and posting supplier invoices through Ariba and SAP. Monitoring invoice approval workflows and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely validation. Supporting supplier account reconciliations and resolution of basic invoice discrepancies. Assisting in monthly closing activities (accruals, invoice cut-off checks, supporting documentation). Maintaining accounting records and ensuring proper filing of supporting documents. Supporting bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Assisting with audit requests by gathering accounting documentation. Monitoring shared accounting mailboxes and responding to routine supplier queries. Ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures and company policies. Controlling Follow-up of the company corporate expenses: By subchannels (Admin, Marketing & Communication, Logistics) & cost type Vs. Last year and Budget Reporting of reports on some specific expenses Travel & missions Logistics Potential support on business controlling (Wholesale, Retail) What do we offer?
