Financial Analyst
We're looking for a Financial Analyst to own cash forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, with full visibility across the P&L, balance sheet, and forward-looking scenarios. The role involves close collaboration with department heads and other stakeholders to keep financial planning accurate and aligned across the business.
What you'll do
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Turn financial data into insights that inform strategic decisions
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Work with other departments to collect and interpret financial information
Monitor KPIs and produce variance analysis
Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Keep financial reporting aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policy
Use NetSuite, Abacum, HubSpot, and related tools for reporting and analysis
Maintain clean, well-documented reporting β schedules, reconciliations, supporting files β that would hold up to investor, auditor, or buy-side/sell-side scrutiny
Support due diligence requests, data room preparation, and ad hoc analyses for investors, bankers, or auditors
Take on other finance tasks as needed
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
English at B1 level or higher, written and spoken
Proven experience building and maintaining financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet projections)
Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Experience handling multiple entities and currencies, reconciling data from different sources
Strong Excel skills, along with familiarity with Outlook, Word, and AI tools
Will be a plus
Experience in a fast-growing company environment
Familiarity with additional finance tools such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Online
