Financial Analyst (Montreal, Contract)
Our client, the BIG FOUR consulting firm, is hiring for the Financial Analyst position in the Montreal Area. This is a contract, hybrid position. The hourly compensation rate is negotiable. Must be bilingual.
The Financial Analyst may be responsible for but is not limited to;
- Preparing profit and loss models, balance sheets and other management reports, using Microsoft Excel to forecast financial outcomes
- Maintaining confidential financial information
- Performing budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management
- Analyze investment projects
- Forecast future trends in investments, stocks, and other financial projects
- Forecast different scenarios and ways to deal with each potential outcome
- Develop risk profiles for clients
- Compile investment data in organized reporting systems
- Advise clients on how to proceed with financial projects based on analysis of the market (past and present)
- Develop tools to optimize the analysis of financial documents
