Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our leadership team with financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role will help shape the company’s growth by delivering insights across product profitability, inventory planning, ad performance, and operational spending.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
  • Analyze product-level margins, unit economics, and ROI on card drops and retail SKUs
  • Partner with operations and marketing teams to track and optimize inventory, COGS, and ad spend
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance reports for leadership
  • Support cash flow planning, pricing strategies, and vendor cost negotiations
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and visual reports for investor updates and internal KPIs
  • Contribute to automation of reporting processes using Excel/Sheets formulas, PivotTables, etc.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or business analyst role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting/ERP software is a plus
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to present data insights to non-financial teams
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG environments preferred
  • Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a bonus
