Financial Analyst

Responsibility:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Prepare order/sales monthly forecast and weekly updates with input from business managers.
Prepare monthly P&L forecast and reporting package including sales/std. cost/other cost/cost center/HC/working capital etc, analyze monthly results and provide variance explanations, update monthly forecasts and support reviews with region management team.
Annual planning including topline/Std. Margin/cost center spending
Manage Credit and Collection, prepare timely and accurate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports monthly
Support month-end close activities
Other ad hoc assignments from line manager and regions business leaders
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Drive Business Results

Support managers to drive business results to achieve target
Business partnering with numerous teams across the business
Diligently work with operation team to identify potential risks and proactively help propose a solution
Respond to various questions and requests from operation and sales teams
Assist line managers and BU business leaders set up critical metrics, track actual result and tackle business problems, Analyze trends in KPIs
Consolidate, prepare and present multi-region financial and participate in business reviews
Involve in cross-region Finance projects and assignments

Bachelor’s Degree and above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration related majors
5+ years’ working experience in FP&A, modeling, forecasting, budgeting and Finance, Accounting or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle Fusion and Essbase/Smart view or related financial systems and strong Excel/data analytics skills
Solid accounting knowledge and strong financial analytics/summarizing/presenting skills/problem-solving skills.
