Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in financial software, particularly Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9. Key Responsibilities: - Perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes. - Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow statements. - Validate financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Conduct MIS reporting to provide insights into financial performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support budgeting processes. - Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections. - Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles. - Proficiency in Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9. - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. - Experience with financial reporting and general ledger management. - Ability to conduct cash flow analysis and validate financial data. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
