The Role
Own end-to-end accounting — financial recording, reporting, and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable: invoicing, sales/debit/credit notes, timely payments, and receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Full set of accounts, month-end close, GST returns
- Timely financial and management reporting
- Analyze trends and risk; provide forecasts and financial models
- Monthly payroll and CPF (and global equivalents)
- Support audit preparation
- Partner with the Managing Director on key initiatives
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong communicator, hardworking, eager to learn
- Analytical, hands-on problem-solver, results-driven
- Comfortable with bookkeeping and accounting software/spreadsheets
- Self-directed with strong time management
- Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Details
- Full-time, 9am–6pm (flexible arrangements considered)
- Salary: $2,800–$3,500/month (based on experience)
