Financial Center Manager (3968)

This position is part of our Retail Banking team, which serves as the primary service and sales delivery channel for the market in which it operates.

The Financial Center Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, performance, and daily operations of the financial center. This individual is committed to delivering remarkable customer experiences while leading efforts to grow consumer and small business relationships, core deposits, and the overall presence of the bank within the market. The Financial Center Manager partners closely with the Community President and other lines of business to support relationship growth, referral generation, and community involvement initiatives. This role is expected to actively contribute to the growth of the financial center through proactive customer engagement, relationship development, community visibility, and sales leadership. The Financial Center Manager oversees financial center operations with a focus on operational excellence, team development, risk management, and service execution while fostering a positive and growth-oriented culture for both employees and customers.
