  • Produce 3 reforecasts throughout the year.
  • Produce budget-to-actual variance analysis and forecasts for management and Egis Group reporting.
  • Support concession-specific financial mechanisms such as Price Adjustment Formula (PAF)/indexation calculations.

Controls, governance & audit

  • Support corporate governance requirements across ERTO.

People & stakeholder management

  • Manage and develop the finance team; support day-to-day HR matters within finance.
  • Act as a key finance partner to ERTO's Tunnel Director, department managers, Egis Group finance, and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, Revenue).

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or senior finance management role.
  • Experience in a concession/PPP, infrastructure, utilities, engineering or other regulated operating environment is an advantage.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of Irish Taxes (VAT, RCT, Payroll Taxes, Corporation Tax).
  • Strong people management, stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable operating at both hands-on and strategic level.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across close, budgeting, and audit cycles.

  • Bike to work scheme
  • Company pension
  • Employee assistance program
