Financial Controller

What you’ll be doing…
As a Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting. You’ll lead the finance team in managing budgets, forecasts, and internal controls to support business growth and strategic goals.

Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit processes
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
Provide financial insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to deliver high-quality outputs
Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and growth

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week

What can you bring?

Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive financial control experience
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication abilities
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
