Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial controllership and a strong background in GCC finance. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as conducting variance analysis and intercompany accounting. The Financial Controller will be responsible for implementing finance transformation initiatives and managing the P&L and balance sheet effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the financial controllership function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Prepare and present financial reports, including management reporting, to senior leadership. - Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to drive business decisions. - Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. - Manage intercompany accounting processes to ensure accurate financial records across entities. - Implement finance transformation projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance. Required Skills: - Proven experience in financial controllership and GCC finance. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies. - Expertise in variance analysis and intercompany accounting. - Experience in implementing finance transformation initiatives. - Proficiency in managing P&L and balance sheet activities. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
