Financial Controller - Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak
- Financial Leadership & Strategic Planning: Business advisory, cost-control, and commercial decision-making.
- Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting: P&L management, USALI compliance, and annual budget planning.
- Internal Controls & Cash Management: Risk mitigation, asset safeguarding, auditing, and credit control.
- Tax, Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Managing Thai taxes (VAT, Corporate Tax), government relations, and contracts.
- Departmental Leadership & Talent Development: Managing and mentoring the local finance team.
- Language Skills: Specific fluency requirements for Thai (written/spoken) and English (corporate/reporting).
- Education & Professional Certification: Accounting/Finance degrees and certifications (e.g., CPA, CA).
- Professional Experience: Hospitality tenure, leadership experience, and resort-specific operational knowledge.
- Systems & Technical Skills: Required software proficiency (PMS, POS, Accounting, Excel).
