Job Summary
You will prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor internal controls, and support budgeting to drive financial growth and compliance with Singapore regulatory standards in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support informed decision-making
- Monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements to track financial performance
- Participate in creating quarterly operational budgets to align financial planning with business goals
- Develop actionable plans to drive financial growth and improve profitability
- Evaluate financial risks to mitigate potential losses and support strategic decisions
- Streamline accounting functions and operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Submit required regulatory financial statements to Singapore government authorities on time
- Prepare and process internal transfers to maintain accurate financial records
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Master’s in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
- Proficient in accounting software usage to manage financial data effectively
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry and its accounting functions
- Auditing experience to support financial accuracy and compliance
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s financial regulatory requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate financial information clearly
- Commitment to organizational growth and continuous improvement
- Passion for working with numbers and financial data
