Financial Controller

K-Group seeks to hire a Financial Controller who will report to our Group CFO.

Requirements:

• ACCA certification with five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience in financial roles
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Ability to communicate and work with senior management to achieve the necessary goals set for specific projects
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop personnel
  
• Proficient in financial software
• Experience with budgets, salary administration, general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project cashflow preferably in similar companies
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion in handling confidential financial information
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
