Financial Controller (M/F/X)

About the role

Financial Controller (M/F/X) We are looking for a Financial Controller (M/F/X) to join a dynamic environment, with high exposure to the business and active participation in the decision-making of a growing company. Main functions: Supervision of financial accounting under the General Accounting Plan (PGC). Coordination of accounting closures, bank reconciliations, and relationship with management firms and external audits. Preparation and analysis of financial reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs, and dashboards. Treasury management, cash forecasting, and liquidity monitoring. Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Development of business plans and financial models for bank financing processes, investment rounds, and public funding. Technical review of deliverables and support to junior profiles. Continuous financial advisory to a portfolio of clients. Essential requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines. Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial advisory to clients within consulting, auditing, or professional services firms. Proficiency in accounting under PGC. Solid knowledge of corporate finance and financial modeling. Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, financial models, scenario analysis). Client-oriented profile, with initiative and analytical capacity. Desirable requirements: Training in Business Administration, finance, or similar. Experience with startups or companies in a growth phase. Knowledge of public funding and grants. Proficiency with tools such as Holded, A3, or Odoo. Professional level of English.
