Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting, taxation, reporting, and IT functions, ensuring accurate financial management and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
• Manage monthly and annual financial reporting, statutory audits, tax filings, financial statement preparation, and compliance with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen governance frameworks, enhance internal controls, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Support payroll operations, employee tax reporting, government submissions, grant applications, and compliance with corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing, and other statutory obligations.
• Deliver financial analysis, profitability reporting, budgeting support, cost reviews, and commercial insights to support management decision-making and business performance improvement.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders while providing financial and IT advisory support across the business.
• Lead and develop finance and IT teams, oversee technology enhancement initiatives, and support strategic projects including feasibility studies, valuations, investment assessments, and other business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance
• Manufacturing experience will be a plus
