An industrial company based in La Llagosta (Vallès Oriental) is seeking a Financial Controller.

What you'll do
Contribute to the following activities under the supervision of the Finance Manager, with responsibilities and autonomy increasing progressively in line with experience and professional development:
- Build and comment on the monthly management reporting (a P&L bridge, margin per business unit, working capital, cash flow) with a plan-actual analysis and a cause breakdown.
- Steer the annual budget process and the quarterly forecasts: align assumptions with operational functions, build sensitivity scenarios, validate with management.
- Business partnering with sales, operations, product and HR: pricing analyses, investment cases, headcount planning, margin review of new products.
- Build investment and pricing cases (NPV, IRR, paybacks, sensitized scenarios) for management.
- Evolve the reporting and BI architecture: automate manual steps, build self-service dashboards, reduce reporting lag after month-end.
- Interface with accounting and the tax adviser: analytical consistency of the cost-center allocation, accruals with a plan effect.
- Prepare and accompany discussions with the auditor, banks and the advisory board or supervisory body.

About the company & team
An industrial company based in La Llagosta (Vallès Oriental) is seeking a Financial Controller.
Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?
- Bac + 5 in Finance, Audit, Controlling
- Business School or University
- At least 3 years in an Audit firm or in Controlling within an industrial company.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Chinese would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools, particularly Excel and BI solutions
- Experience with SAP would be considered an advantage.
