Job Overview

We are seeking experienced finance leaders for CFO, Finance Director and Financial Controller opportunities across the GCC. Candidates with backgrounds in specialty chemicals, manufacturing, industrial distribution, trading or related B2B sectors are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning.

· Oversee financial reporting, accounting, audits, taxation and statutory compliance.

· Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, internal controls and financial risk.

· Drive profitability, cost optimisation and commercial decision support.

· Lead finance teams and strengthen ERP, reporting and governance processes.

Skills

· Significant finance leadership experience relevant to the position.

· Strong expertise in financial control, commercial finance and business performance.

· Experience in manufacturing, specialty chemicals or industrial distribution is preferred.

· CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent professional qualifications are desirable.

· GCC experience and knowledge of regional tax and statutory requirements are advantageous.
