Financial Compliance Analyst – Remote
£29,500 per annum + Performance Bonus | 37 hours per week | Fully Remote
ProcurePublic is a public-sector framework provider looking for a reliable, analytical and resourceful Financial Compliance Analyst to join our growing team.
The role offers a £29,500 basic salary plus a performance-related bonus based on income successfully identified and recovered.
Previous procurement or financial compliance experience is not essential. We're looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive, confident with numbers and comfortable communicating professionally with suppliers and clients.
The Role
This is an investigative role combining financial analysis, supplier engagement and compliance.
Our systems capture and organise much of the financial information for you. Your job is to understand what the data is telling us, identify where something doesn't look right and investigate it.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing financial and revenue data reported by suppliers
Identifying trends, anomalies and potential under-declarations
Comparing declarations against information from other sources
Investigating discrepancies and gathering supporting evidence
Speaking directly with suppliers to understand and resolve queries
Building positive, professional relationships with suppliers
Obtaining information through research, telephone calls and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests where appropriate
Following investigations through to a clear conclusion
Agreeing corrections and recovering income owed to ProcurePublic
Maintaining accurate records of investigations and outcomes
Requirements

The team meets once a month in the South East of England, and you will be expected to attend.
