Financial Lines Manager

ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers has a vacancy for the position of Manager, Financial Lines. The ideal candidate should be proficient to handle all classes of business within the Financial Lines ("Fin Lines") spectrum, such as Directors & Officers/Association Liability, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, etc. He/She is to lead the development and growth of the Company's Fin Lines portfolio, including providing client advisory, designing suitable insurance programs/structures for clients, supporting incident response planning and risk management/consulting, negotiating with markets, keeping abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends and insights, as well as driving business development. The role requires deep knowledge of financial lines, primarily in D&O and Cyber.

Essential Experience
Minimum:
1. 8-12 years in insurance or cyber risk
2. At least 5 years focused on cyber or D&O insurance (preferred)
3. Experience in working with multinational insurers or global brokers
4. Proven track record managing large corporate accounts
5. Experience negotiating with Lloyd's and international markets (preferred)

Education
Bachelor's Degree is preferred in one or more of the following domains:

6. Business
7. Finance

Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred)

1. ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute)
