Financial Literacy Trainer

· Deliver Insurance literacy and education sessions as per the approved curriculum and session plan

· Screening the candidates for further skilling course of Insurance

· Register candidates for the Insurance skilling course

· Maintain and report the attendance, proof and documents

· Ensure and set up training venues with necessary equipment and materials.

· Coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leader for session schedules.

· Support smooth execution of field activities and counsel the students for skill course after the literacy

· Submit daily or weekly reports to the Location Leader/project manager

· Support in approaching the target group and organise the FL session

· Carrying the training material at location for distribution

Requirements

· Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Economics Education, with a related field work experience into BFSI, Insurance

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation

· Open to travel and relocate at the project location

· Strong Insurance sector knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.

· Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Preferred Attributes:

· Experience in BFSI, financial literacy or educational programs.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.

Benefits

Salary – 30 K per month + Local Conveyance

Mobile expense – 300 rupees Per mont
