FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST (DATA ANALYTICS)

The position serves as a Financial Management Analyst for DFAS Europe, performing complex data analytics including the development of metrics and queries to assess site-level operational performance against service targets and strategic goals.

Spearheads process automation initiatives by monitoring and evaluating developments in automation software capabilities to identify and advocate for financial operations that can be automated to support data analytics.

Leads site-level Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning, including emergency site planning, forecasting resource and facility requirements, and evaluating systems and communication backup infrastructure needs.

Serves as the Terminal Area Security Officer (TASO) managing user system access and validations based on roles and responsibilities to maintain strict identity and access control.

Administers the site's information governance and records management program in accordance with federal regulations, privacy acts, and DoD directives.
