Analyzes, plans, and evaluates directorate functions to determine validity, propriety, accuracy, and adequacy of work processes.

Applies financial management analysis knowledge of automated systems and related regulatory and statutory requirements to identify financial management problems.

Develops formalized reports to include recommendations and identification of suggested changes from analysis.

Interprets applicable guidelines and regulations to assist in implementation of approved/directed internal procedural changes.

Finalizing, processing or submitting a wide variety of documents, records, and related reports, and transactions, to determine whether performance has been in accordance with applicable procedures and appropriate regulation.
