Provides advice and assistance to supported organizations and lower graded analysts and/or accounting technicians.

Identifies problem areas and determines actions required to improve operating program effectiveness.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates a variety of incoming reports used by supported organizations to interpret results of operations.

Recommends appropriate changes to systems and/or procedures to correct/detect weaknesses.

Compiles statistical data from a wide variety of reports and financial statements to make comparisons against DoD policies.
