Financial Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Manage cash flow and financial risk
• Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
