- Recommend suitable financial and wealth management solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive client engagement.
- Educate clients on investment, protection, and wealth planning strategies to support informed financial decisions.
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial portfolios.
- Ensure all recommendations comply with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and HSBC Life compliance standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive client information.
- Deliver exceptional client service while providing ongoing financial guidance.
