Mission
Puig Korea is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Associate to support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for the Korea business. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will assist in budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.
Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Assist with financial analysis and business performance reporting.
2. Monthly Closing & Reporting
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and reporting schedules.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and planning.
3. Business Support
• Support financial analysis related to sales performance, operating expenses, and profitability for BYREDO and Penhaligon's.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial information and support business reviews.
4. Financial Controls & Process Support
• Support financial control activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain budgeting and reporting templates and assist in improving reporting processes.
• Standardize internal reports to analyze financial data after SAP go-live.
Requirements
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
• Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP(SAP) experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
