Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, identifying key variances and providing actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis such as margin analysis, cost structure evaluation, and profitability by product, channel, and branch
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investment planning, and scenario analysis
- Perform feasibility studies for new store expansion, new products, and strategic initiatives, assessing financial viability and risks
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment between financial targets and business strategies
- Provide strategic recommendations to management on financial performance, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement opportunities
- Monitor key financial KPIs and drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and business performance tracking
