Manages and reports on general and administrative expenses, budgeting, and financial analysis for Nissan’s Thailand operations, requiring strong Excel and communication skills.

Job Description
Act as G&A expenses controller for All admin functions:
- To confirm company’s assumption (common expenses) in Budget/Forecast timing,
- Summary report of G&A’s headcount (NMT group)
- Summary report G&A expenses of all functions (including labor cost which submit from HR) – NMT group
- Control G&A expenses by functions with closely communication with budget owner
- Summary report to management (as presentation)
- Prepare recharge report to inter-companies (once a year)
- Prepare monthly actual report with variance analysis
Others business financial (Aftersales / Part export) analyst:
- To develop P/L for Part export business
- To support team in P&L analysis and reporting for both sales and costs
- To work closely with team to ensure on the budget/forecast accuracy
- Prepare end-of-month analysis report
- Participate in a monthly meeting to perform variance analysis and continuous improvement on the accuracy
- Carry out special investigations and ad hoc assignment as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, major in Managerial Accounting/Accounting/Finance or related fields
- At least experience 5 years in related field, automotive business would be preferred.
- Good in English communication. Good skills in communication and interpersonal.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Accounting/Finance is required.
- Good computer literacy, especially MS. Office: advance in MS. Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross functional environment is a must.
- Analysis skill, ability to think logically and systematically
