Financial Program Manager, Senior
Summary
Senior Financial Program Manager leading a Navy financial management team and serving as subject-matter expert for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial support tasks, including training staff on FMS policies and systems such as NERP, SCIP, MISIL, DIFS, and MOCAS. On-site at Washington Navy Yard, DC; Secret clearance required.
The Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Financial Program Manager to manage financial management personnel and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Foreign Military Sales financial support tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial management personnel and lead the financial management team.
- Serve as SME for FMS financial support tasks.
- Train financial management personnel, as needed, on relevant systems, processes, and FMS policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Financial Management).
- 10 years of Navy financial experience, including 7 years of FMS financial experience.
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), coordinating the efforts of a financial support team, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), MISIL, DIFS, and MOCAS, and daily interaction with Government personnel.
Security Clearance: Secret
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
